Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, also known as the Sylhet Stadium, was established in 2007 in the middle of the hilly region in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Set in a picturesque location, making it one of the most scenic cricket venues in the country. This venue can accommodate up to 18,500 spectators, and it's operated under the National Sports Council.
Sylhet Stadium was renovated in 2013 to prepare for the 2014 ICC T20 World Cup and the Women’s T20 World Cup. The upgrades included floodlights, improved seating, a new pavilion, and an expanded media center. In 2017, a second-tier gallery was added to further increase the stadium’s seating capacity.
